At 2:55 on May 5th Carman received a report from a neighbor saying the next door house was on fire. Car 138 arrived and found smoke and flames coming from a second floor window. E1323 pulled two handlines and made an aggressive interior attack after a quick knockdown from the outside. Cause of the incident is under investigation. Carman received mutual aid from Rotterdam District 2, Stanford Heights FD, Ft Hunter FD and Schonowe FD.
