On Sunday April 28 around 5:30 Carman responded to a report of a structure fire. Initial crews attacked the fire in an effort to safe as much as the house as possible. Crews work well into the night and cleared the scene around 11:30. Carman received help from Rotterdam District #2, Fort Hunter, Stanford Heights, Niskayuna 2, and South Schenectady. Other departments were on stand-by ready to respond. Thanks to all who helped us.
